Textbook: No. Histology: This class meets M/W for 4 hours a day where around 2 hours of lecture and 2 hours of looking at histological slides on a computer program. This class teaches you a lot about understanding the human body, great for med school.Dr. Hunt is my favorite professor at LSU. Like everyone says, he does come off a little strong in the first class, but he really is just a sweet guy and very understanding. Class is pretty lecture heavy, but it is not necessary to record every word he says. Lectures some days feel like 3 hours, but most of the time very interesting. Id retake him.Prof Protevi is one of my top professors at LSU. His class is lecture heavy, but he has amazing notes that he puts on moodle. You can definitely make an A if you pay attention in class and compare your class notes to his notes while studying for the tests. 2 midterms and a final, all written but graded fairly.
