In any case, by default osu!lazer's files are stored in C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\osu, so if you want to free up storage space, you should just be able to delete that folder. There's also an osulazer folder in AppData\Local that you can delete too, though it should be quite a lot smaller since it doesn't contain as much.
