I think my regen's normally start around 80 DPF load. Regen length I would put at 17-20 minutes (I use an FBC). All the regens I've seen on the highway seem to stop around 20 DPF load. I have only seen passive regen directly after an active regen. The regen stops at 20 like clockwork, but will continue to fall for a little bit settling around 18.
