Ive done a couple cosplay builds I find kinda fun. The one I started recently is a Smelter Demon Pyromancy build. 30 str and 10 dex for the sword, which its heavy is a thrust followed by an explosion of fire. Hurts durability a bit but hits like a truck. Also using Immolation at times to emulate Smelter's boss fight.Single wield Katana is not very strong in PvE. Do not infuse Blacksteel, they are not made for Infusion. At 23 STR 50 DEX you will be doing 2 x (190 + 155 + 50) with Ring of Blades +2, or 790 a swoop. You need high VIT, END and VGR as well as 120 AGL minimum as you will be relying on dodging and powerstancing.Crossbows, bows, and magic can all do this (magic being best with sorceries). For a santier's spear build you don't have the DEX to use the hunter's blackbow, only the longbow, and you won't have good scaling on either of them.
