I NEED to pass this time around due to a job opportunity. I've been using archer this time around and I really do prefer it- it's sm better than Uworld.

When is your test date? Right now, to me, they look like a good baseline to improve from. I'd say practice more and get consistent H to VH. I know it's difficult to shake off self doubt for the NCLEX, but scoring consistent H to VH on the Archer assessment will definitely build confidence in your chances of passing the NCLEX. ronna90. •. Archer is very accurate. You have to get HIGH on 4 assessments as per Archer. Its more reliable because they will gauge your readiness many times, not just with limited 1 to 2 assessment tests as in uworld. My first time I got high on uworld still failed.
